DermaGen will deliver interesting concepts/offers to major pharmaceutical companies after at least proof-of-concept studies in humans. Today DermaGen intends to enter either a strategic co-development agreement or sell off the projects after a successful clinical PoC study.
We will, in order to further develop our technology platform, include further discovery activities and product development where several project may run in parallel. We intend to create a broader pipeline to increase the interest in our company and its projects. The most likely partner (or purchaser) is a pharmaceutical company with an international presence on the dermatology markets.
For a successful market introduction, the identification of a suitable partner for DermaGen’s first CD used for treating atopic dermatitis with the requisite level of sophistication is vital for success. Potential corporate partners are expected to be mid-sized emerging pharma companies and wound care/skin care specialists.
