The AMPs discovered and developed by DermaGen are evaluated extensively through a combination of advanced biological and biophysical methods, multiple in vitro assays utilizing human cells, different bacteria and fungi, and various ex vivo and in vivo infection and wound-healing models. Our strategy is to develop AMPs with unique capabilities and antibacterial spectrum, tailored for effective control of the bacterial flora at various locals to target clinically interesting indications.

- Broad spectrum of activity
- Protease resistance
- Minimum of allergy induction
- Long-term use possible, such as in AD
- Demonstrated effect in formulation with high chemical stability
